This time of year (and this year more than ever) we rely heavily on citrus to help keep our immune systems strong. Juicing at home is a great way to enjoy all the benefits of fresh juice without spending a ton of money.

One of my favorite things about this immune-boosting juice is that it’s actually made using a blender; no need for a juicer. That’s why I call it “whole fruit juice”. An added benefit of this method is that you retain all the fiber in the citrus. It helps to control the increase in blood sugar.

This juice is made from a lot of whole citrus (including lots of sour lemons and limes) because it’s not a sweet citrus juice. You can sweeten it to taste with honey, though that addition no longer makes it Whole30-friendly.
