When I have it, I feel better and better and ready for new things to do.

I really believe in “When you look good, you feel good.” I don’t know about you, but I personally am not happy or motivated when my hair is messy, I haven’t showered, and I haven’t found any clothes because they haven’t been washed. And that’s clearly me. I also like my apartment to be clean and organized.

When I gave up those two things, I also gave up other good habits. Why should I make a salad for lunch or exercise? I don’t have time for that if I don’t have time to shower.
