The 4 Week Healthy Eating Plan is just that – 4 weeks of healthy recipes designed for you by Dietitians, Jess & Stacie. We’ve done some of the heavy lifting for you by planning four healthy dinners each week (with a weekly menu) and giving you suggestions and meal ideas for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

This meal plan is meant to be flexible to fit your lifestyle and your family’s needs. The reason we only recommend breakfast, lunch, and dinner is because we know that most people make their journey when it comes to these meals. For example, you can enjoy a smoothie for breakfast every morning, maybe a big salad or leftovers for lunch. We want this plan to work for you!

Our goal with this meal plan is that it is reasonable to follow and you do not need to create a new recipe for each meal of the day. Therefore, we decided to focus on what often becomes a pain point when it comes to meal planning – dinner. More on how the recipe works below!

This healthy eating plan is for anyone who wants to take some thought out of eating well. Don’t worry, we don’t expect you to spend hours a day in the kitchen. Our recipes are designed to be short on ingredients but big on flavor and easy for anyone to make. All recipes are gluten-free and we offer suggestions for making them as dairy-free as possible – but feel free to make your own additions to suit your needs or use what you have on hand.

Day Dairy Free Gluten Free Meal Plan

Every week, we plan four healthy and delicious dinners that you can make in whatever way works for you – whether it’s cooking on the weekend, preparing food in advance to they are ready when you are ready, or start. The recipe is finished. each of the four days.

Because we don’t expect you to cook seven days a week, we have created days for using leftovers, making your favorite recipes or even getting takeout or delivery. We want this meal plan to work for you so feel free to change the day, double a recipe or two to have leftovers, or change some recipes all together. The key is to make it work for you.

On Sunday it is “Grow Your Own Food (BYOM)”. We encourage you to use what you have or what will be used during the week. Fill half of your plate with vegetables, a quarter with protein and the last minute with carbohydrate-rich foods such as fruit, rice, sweet potatoes, etc. We also want to make sure that you add a source of healthy, saturated fat such as olive oil, some avocado or cheese.

A meal plan can be as simple as writing down your favorite foods and recipes. Many of my favorite foods are the easiest to make. Unless you love to cook, taking the time to prepare complex meals makes you less likely to eat the food more than if it were simple.

How do you determine the right amount of calories for you? To be honest, I found that the algorithm of the application and the calculation based on your height, weight and gender are wrong – because they do not take into account your metabolism!

This is where keeping your food will really come in handy. I recommend that you review what you usually eat for 3-5 days (without restrictions!) and remove 100-250 calories from that average.
