The 4 Week Healthy Eating Meal Plan is exactly what it sounds like – 4 weeks of healthy recipes designed by nutritionists Jess and Stacie. We’ve done some of the hard work for you by planning 4 healthy dinners each week (with weekly shopping lists), as well as suggestions and meal ideas for breakfast, lunch and snacks.

This meal plan is designed to be flexible to fit your lifestyle and family needs. The reason we only provide recommendations for breakfast, lunch and snacks is that we know many people have their own preferences for these meals. For example, you might have a smoothie for breakfast every morning, maybe a big salad or leftovers for lunch. We want this plan to work for you!

Our goal with this meal plan is to make sure you can stick to it and not require you to create a new recipe for each meal of the day. So we decided to focus on what tends to be the biggest pain point when it comes to meal planning – dinner. More on how the meal plan works below!

This healthy eating meal plan is for anyone who wants to take the guesswork out of healthy eating. Don’t worry, we don’t expect you to spend hours in the kitchen every day. Our recipes are designed to be low in ingredients, yet flavorful and easy enough to make. All recipes are gluten-free and we offer suggestions for making them dairy-free whenever possible, but feel free to make ingredient changes to suit your needs or use what you have on hand.

We’re not here to make healthy eating difficult – we’re here to make it possible, and this 4-week healthy meal plan is the perfect way to help you feel your best in 2021 and reach your health goals. Day Clean Eating Challenge & Meal Plan (the First One)

Each week we’ve planned 4 healthy, delicious dinners that you can make in whatever way works best for you – whether it’s cooking in batches over the weekend, prepping the ingredients so they’re ready when they’re ready, or you’ve run out of recipes and one of for four days.

Because we don’t expect you to cook seven days a week, we’ve scheduled days to use up leftovers, make your favorite recipes, or even get takeout or delivery. We want this meal plan to work for you, so feel free to move around multiple days, double a recipe or two for more leftovers, or swap out a few recipes together. The key is to make it work for you.

On Sunday, it’s Build Your Own Meal (BYOM). We encourage you to use what you have on hand or have to use up from the week. Fill half of your plate with vegetables, a quarter with protein, and the last quarter with high-carb foods like fruit, rice, sweet potatoes, etc. We also want to make sure to add a healthy, satisfying fat source like olive oil. , some avocado or cheese.

You’re in for a treat with our brand new healthy meal plan that includes breakfast, lunch, dinner…and snacks. If you’re looking for the best weekly meal plan for weight loss, look no further. All our recipes use pure ingredients and include plant-based whole foods.

I just came off our seasonal cleanse where I lost 9 pounds (and gained tons of energy). We cut out sugar, gluten, meat, dairy and caffeine for 21 days and reset our bodies with 100% plant-based whole foods. I plan to keep my momentum going and lose my “Covid 15” which is where this week’s meal plan comes in.

I created this 7-day meal plan with Rawk the Year, making sure to include 15 delicious recipes that are easy, energizing, and nutritious. This includes appetizers, breakfast, lunch, dinner and even dessert.

This meal plan is for one person. Two portions are provided for each dinner – the second portion is intended for the following day’s lunch. When blending smoothies, extra portions can be stored in the refrigerator with a lid to be ready for use the next day. Each appetizer provides a few servings and you can choose which ones to prepare and enjoy.
